This is an original pastel painting representing the New Mexico Hot Air Balloon Fiesta, titled: “Mild or Hot Air Balloons” by Jessica R. Herrera.
This art was created with soft/ hard pastels, commonly referred to as chalk pastels, but can include pastel pencils, pan pastels, hard/ and soft pastels, but excludes oil pastels.
“Mild or Hot Air Balloons” shows the popular red and green chiles as the balloons. And features a howling wolf and cactus as clouds.
The watermarks are only on the sample image and are not on the original artwork.

The artwork will be shipped wrapped in wax paper to protect the artwork from smudging and then wrapped in cardboard. I do not use fixative on my pieces.
